Hello if i use distilled water to brew a all grain dry stout ? What minerals should I add to build up the distilled water for brewing this style.
Google Brun’Water and read the Water Knowledge information. For stouts, you will need quite a bit of buffer (bicarbonate) due to the high acidity of the dark malts. Although it will be easy to build any brewing water from distilled once you start using this spreadsheet, you might want to have your own water tested as it might end up working out for some of these styles.

Agreed there’s no magic additions that will work with every beer. It depends upon thr grain bill and the beer style you’re brewing. Brunwater will be your friend.
