The recipe looks like this beer would be great! Has anyone tried it?
I am looking into making a DIPA and have been inputing this AG recipe into beersmith. However, the recipe asks for 7.3 oz of British 55L and this does not show up in Beersmith or Northern Brewers grain list (according to the catalog I have). Any suggestions of what would be a comparable grain to use, or if it is called something else?
I plan to convert the recipe to a 5 gallon batch and will use rinsed 1056.
