With friends and family i run out of homebrew pretty quick. So ive been thinking about upgrading my batch sizes to a 15 gallon or even a 1 bbl system. I currently use a bayou classic that puts out 55k btu. What kind if btu upgrade will i need? Is There a btu to gallon converter table available?
