What water profile would be correct for a Hefeweizen in Bru’n Water?

Amber or Yellow? Malty or Balanced?

Hmmmm…I think I’d use yellow malty, altho0ugh it might be amber. Look at the SRM of your recipe and choose accordingly. The spreadsheet shows SRM ranges for each color.
