I know that stainless, aluminum, and wort make a low voltage battery and lead to corrosin. But what about combining stainless and bronze?
Is it bronze (copper and tin) or brass (copper and zinc)?
I’ve have brass fittings attached to my stainless steel kettles for 7+ years and it has not corroded.
It was in regards to the brass fittings that NB sells here. So I am assuming similar to the ones that you have?
