Sorry, not a question but a rant.
So bummed. I got a 6.5 gallon carboy @ the N.B. Minneapolis grad opening sale.
Last night. I pulled it out of the box to clean and sanitize. I filled it up with 5 gallons of water and the bottom broke off. The top shifted and shattered on the floor. This is the first issue I’ve ever had with a carboy and I have about a dozen.
I guess I’m just glad that no one got hurt and there was just water and no beer.
I’m hoping N.B. will cover it as it was clearly a defect in the glass.
