Started shortly after fathers day 2012 me an my pops began home brewing. As of today we have done:
- CS brown ale ( gone ) - 2. Innkeeper ( gone ) - 3. Smashing Pumpkin Ale (1 month in conditioning )- 4. Scotch Ale ( secondary ) - 5. Saison De Noel ( primary ).
still just an entry level/newbie is as far as I can go at this point ( work/family ) but it has been by far an epic journey !
However, our pumpkin ale is still flat. using 750ml brown bottles @ two carb drops per bottle. perplexed !..
