Brewing now... Orange addition?

As we speak I’m brewing a Kama Citra… Can I add a lol orange to brew?? How?

I would a add it at flame out

Like @brew_cat said, add it at flameout. Just the zest, and make sure you only use the orange outer layer to get the pils. If you zest too deeply into the white pith, you’ll end up with an unpleasant bitterness. Two or three oranges will be noticeable.

A fun twist on Kama citra is to brew it as a double IPA… Scale the water to a 3.5 gallon batch. It’s great that way!

So can you actually add the "Orange " to the boil?? Or would that screw it up?
