Hello I brewing jamil saison my ? Is about the fermentation he say to pitch at 66f or 68f an over course of a week riase the temp to like 79f. Now at what point should one start rasieing the temp is it 2 days , 3 days , 4days into the fermentation that I start raising the fermentation temp

I wait untill fermentation slows to start raising it.

It depends on the Original gravity. Mine usually start at 1.052 so I start ramping them up after the 1-2 day lag phase is over. If you were doing a 1.070 or higher version, you may want to wait 4 days to a week before letting the temp rise.
