Howdy gents, I have vials of WLP013 London Ale yeast I was going to use for a side by side comparison v. WLP004 in a foreign extra stout, but IT"S HOT and I’m tired of brewing stouts! (my brew schedule’s all catti-whampus!)
Suggestions on what might be a good use of 013??? Anything fun for the summer that this yeast might complement? Cheers all.
