Brew length for recipies?

Good Morning All.

I have been looking at the downloadable recipes

, apparently the BIAB ones are for a 3 US gallon batch but what is the batch size for the majority of the recipes?

The recipes are clear, have good instructions (Thanks N/B) but I’m a novice and rather stuck if I don’t know how much beer they are supposed to make and without that I don’t know how to work out my boil volumes and so on.

Unless otherwise noted, store kits are 5 gallons.

Strange it’s not on the instructions. It is listed on the “additional information” section of each kit.
