Bourbon Barrel Porter Kit Question

So I purchased this kit from our host and have it in secondary with the bourbon soaked oak chips and bourbon. I just tried a sample and the oak comes through in the finish very strong. Sould I keg this now as to prevent it from becoming undrinkable or will the oak dissapate a bit? Also I know I need to prime a keg with less sugar then when bottling but what should my ratio be? I normally just set and forget but my kegorator is full for another few weeks. Thanks in advance,

I left mine on the oak for 8 days and it turned out great. It placed second in specialty beers at the fair this year. As for your keg, I would just hit it with 30psi and purge the head space then store it in the basement until you have room in the kegerator. I have never keg conditioned so I can’t help you there.
