I am going to bottle 2.5 gallons of my 5 gallon batch of American Wheat. The other 2.5 gallons is going over some cherry puree for a week or two, and will bottle that then. Do I just reduce the amount of priming sugar in 1/2 for each 1/2 batch bottled?

I would suggest using that regardless if you cut the batch size or not.
