Okay, so I just bottled my first batch of beer yesterday. I used a small batch starter kit, so I am using the priming tablets that comes with that. However, the kit didn’t say much about how to store the bottles. I have them standing upright at room temperature right now (about 70 F). Is this good? or does it matter?
That’s pretty much how it’s done. If you store them too cold, they may have trouble carb’ing properly so don’t move them
to a chilly cellar until you’re sure they have carbonated properly.
