Bottle or leave in fermenter?

I brewed up a batch of Hanks Hefeweizen back on 5/17. I am wondering should I start to bottle it now (about 2 1/2 weeks) or should I wait till at least three weeks? I am concerned because my apartment is a bit warm and it is tough to keep the fermenter cool.

Wouldn’t hurt to bottle it if it is done.

Keeping the fermenter cool is really only important the first few days of fermentation. I would think 2.5 weeks should be enough time to bottle but always verify you are done fermenting by taking a gravity reading.
