Bottle Carb Problem

I brewed the Midnight Wheaten Porter and bottled it up two weeks ago. I used corn sugar at the proper volume. Problem is, I have zero carbonation. I am figuring it was much too cold in my extra bedroom for it to start up. So, here’s my question.

If I simply move it to a warmer spot in the house, will it take off? Should I rouse the bottles after moving them? Is it possible that it needs more time? I have never had this happen.

Yes to both questions. Move to a warmer area of the house. Tip the bottles upside down and give them a little shake a couple times a days.
