Black Rye IPA

Just thought I would share a recipe…
You could probably lose the chocolate malt if you don’t want that flavor in it. It’s pretty subtle though and I thought it was nice. I thought I had more rye when I went to brew this, but I just used what I had.

12 gal
20 # pilsner malt (Weyerman)
2# c40
1.5# carafa III
1.6# flaked rye
0.5# Simpson chocolate

1.5 oz magnum (60)
1 oz centennial (10)
1 oz Columbus (10)
1 oz centennial (0)
1 oz Columbus (0)
2 oz Columbus ( dry hop)
