Thought I might share a pic of my first glass of my new recipes black n blue Belgian stout.

Hard to tell from the pictures but the head has a purple/ pink tent from the black berrys and blue berrys. This beer is rather smooth with little roasted characters and finishes little mead like from the fruit. I used three pounds blue berrys and three pounds black berrys in this recipe along with one pound dark candi sugar that I made on the stove top.
