Think it would be ok to use the 1056 wyeast with this kit?
I don’t want to buy more yeast if I don’t have to and I am about to harvest from the Evil twin soon. so I have dead ringer the new pale ale NB has in my cart and I want the black IPA as well. Hope I can get away with it. Any input helps thanks.
O ya and I am about to harvest 1945 NB Neobritannia from the sweet stout kit and 1332 Northwest ale yeast from the caribou slobber.
Yes, 1056 will work just fine.
I’ve brewed several black IPAs and CDA batches. And everytime I’ve either used 1056 or 1272 and it works perfectly. especially for the black IPAs.
