Black & blue bottles

Any way to reuse/recap the bigass Dogfish head black/blue bottles? do I need a special capper? my red won’t work.

It’s not the caps…normal caps fit, but the lip is too large for the capper.

Bench capper is what you will need.

26mm caps
Flip the 2 metal plates in your red capper around. The neck is bigger than a normal bottle. I use these all the time.

Ding, Ding, Ding, we have a winner! I didn’t know those plates had different sizes on each end and were swithable.

You can get a 29mm bell, and with that then you can also cap large format cap bottles like a lot of the belgian breweries use. Red capper is nothing if not versatile.
