This is probably my favorite IPA - very tangbittery. Simcoe hops, I think. I don’t usually get the same beer twice in a row, but after trying this stuff a few days ago I had to pick up another six right away. Good $h!te, Maynard.

LOVE me some simcoe! Also love cascade… but can’t stand them mixed! I made an IPA with the two hops. It’s terrible… drinkable…but terrible.
