BIAB Kit Efficiency Assumptions

I’m a batch sparger. When brewing kits from NB, I typically meet or exceed the OG by a bit.

Now, I’d like to brew the Oatmeal Cookie Brown recipe kit. It only comes in a 3-gallon BIAB version, but I’ll be brewing it with my batch-sparge setup.

Here’s my concern, and my question: Does NB count on a different mash efficiency when formulating BIAB recipes? If, for example, NB assumes 75% efficiency when formulating their AG recipes and 65% efficiency for BIAB recipes, then I might end up with a substantially higher OG than intended.

Do you have any brewing software? It might be worth entering one of the recipes and seeing what kind of efficiency yields their reported starting gravity.
