BIAB #2 Stout en mash now

This morning I am working on a stout. Been mashing for 20 minutes now.
Grain bill has MCI Stout Malt, Flaked Barley, Rahr 2 Row, and Extra Special Roast. More to come.

Well it was not high enough on the OG to be a Stout. So, I reworked this into a chocolate coffee ale. A little clove and Columbian coffee, and some chocolate at flame out.
Used Challenger hops. Should be nice, tasted good.

Sounds good. What was the O.G.?

OG ended up 1.050. I was hoping for more like 1.078. But I can get there on my next try.
