What’s better for 12oz bottled beer…a priming sugar mixture or the hard sugar drops? Or is there any difference?
If you’re doing a whole 5 gallons, the priming sugar mixture 'cuz cheaper.
If you’re just doing a few bottles, the drops 'cuz easier.

Thanks for the advise. I’m learning right now so I’m doing 1 gallon brews. The recipe kits come with the drops so I’ll stick with them for now.
Call me paranoid, but I never touch the sugar tabs with my fingers. I go from the bag to the bottle.
