Want to make a wheat with small addition of tropical hops (Citra or Citra/Galaxy). I’ve made a couple traditional hefe’s and belgian wits but this will be just a little more interesting (hopefully in a good way). My question is which way to go, with the begian or hefe yeast profile?
So when yer friends come over to sample which do they prefer? I like to brew fer me and that can turn peeps off as most like middle of the road craft brews, were as I like hopped up stronger brews… You’ll find yer answer by axing them… Sneezles61
