Would like to brew the above, but can’t do traditional multi step - would be using the single infusion. Has anyone out there tried this single method and if so how did it turn out? Thanks for any help.
Single infusion is fine. I’ve done it with that style many times. I’d go for 148-150 for 90 min.

Kinda. You have to think about what you want in the finished beer. For lighter body (like BGSA or pils) that’s a good way to go. For more full bodied beers, I’d use a 154-156 temp for 60 min.
