Good day all,
I’ve been doing a little more research on Belgian Beers this past week and thought about brewing one up in the near future. Personally I’m a hop head and love any IPA, so this a whole new route for me. I haven’t had many Belgian beers before so I was looking for a little guidance into some great brews and recipes that are good for an introduction for an all grain Belgian.

Belgain beers have a very wide range of styles and flavors. Is there any particular style you’re interested in?
Something like a Wit bier, Magic Hat in one of their Odd Notion Series from 2010 released a green apple wit with notes of coriander and orange peel.
