Belgian FG

I just looked at the recipe I posted above and see I never changed the attenuation to 75% so my FG will probably be higher anyway we’ll see. I always get way better attenuation than the average anyway. But by stressing the yeast out maybe not this time so we will see

Well the gravity ended up at .010 then I racked it into to my oak barrel for a few days and went to .009. Sitting in the keg now for a couple weeks before cold condition and carbonation. Interesting flavor

The festaleval brew I rushed isn’t nearly as good as just as you describe… Rack out of the fermenter into the keg and let it sit for at least a week before cold crashing…
It seems there are just some little tweaks that really help to make a brew go from… ok to Great! Sneezles61

Well it’s still early been in the keg 10 days. It’s carbonated but hasn’t cleared enough yet. I think the higher FG helped this beer also probably the Candi sugar. Goes down way to easy
