I’m looking for beer-tasting festivals or Beerfest in general in Oregon State. Can you guys suggest one or two. I’d like to take my beer-loving dad there.

Northwest Brewing News Online has a calendar of events all over the PNW, including Alaska and BC.
There are various Octoberfests coming up. I believe the Sasquatch Fest in Eugene is at the end of September.
Lebanon, OR is having it’s first beer festival Sept. 23. It’s a small town about 30 miles S of Salem.
Depends on when you are planning on coming. There are usually several smaller beer events at various bottle shops or breweries year round. Upcoming bigger events include the Fresh Hop Festival, the Willamette Weekly Pro-AM, the Killer Pumpkin Fest, and the Holiday Ale Fest.
