Does anybody know how to contact the company that makes Barley Crushers? Mine is about 13 years old, the knurled rollers are badly worn. Thanks in advance
Surprised you got that many years out of it. Must’ve been made better in the ‘old days.’ Mine didn’t last two years.
Well, rulmyr, I hope you have better luck than I did. I tried contracting the company a couple of years ago to ask how to purchase new rollers for my Barley Crusher. Sent an email to the address on their web site and never got a response. I did some detective work and found a different address and sent another email. After about 10 days I got an a reply, but they didn’t answer my question about how to get new rollers. They just told me to try some things that I told them I had already done. Bottom line - this company’s customer service is virtually non existent. If it were me I’d chuck the Barely Crusher and look for a different mill.
