After almost 14 year hiatus today the wife and I returned to home brewing, more or less. We had been partial mash brewers and also did meads and ciders. For the Holidays the wife ordered the white house small batch one gallon system. pulled some other equipment out of storage and today we brewed the honey porter included with the kit. Loved the smell in the kitchen and looking forward to seeing how this turns out.
