if im brewing the same batch back to back is there any reason I cant just pour my new wort on the yeast cake immediately after i rack to keg?
Yes that is something you can do.
Some may say that you are using to much yeast and it would be better to move the yeast into a mason jar, then add 1/2 of it back in the new beer.
