I really like that carboy clip to hold the siphon at the start of racking. I’m racking the Chinook IPA into the bottling bucket. I use a catch bag for hop particles when racking beers that are dry hopped. Slows the flow but does catch the hop particles that drop from the krausen ring.
I rack one third to half the beer before adding the priming solution.
That clip saves lots of stuff getting stirred up.
