A very good friend of mine is brewing beer commercially in Bellingham, WA. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend you check out Aslan Brewery. They’re main focus is quality brew and soda while becoming 100% organic and low impact. Well worth the visit.
Did the CS Lewis estate give permission to use the name?
the brewery is a little far north for me. do they bottle?
I would hope so, they’re not really being subtle about it.
And Scoggin, they won’t be bottling for a short period. Just got up and running last fall and are now upgrading to a larger barrel system this summer. Keep an eye out, though.
