Only have carapills and special B. Plenty of malts would like to make CC60. I have an idea from online like to get 1st hand knowlt
I did a pseudo crystal malt before. Steep the grains in a baking sheet at mash temp to convert some sugar, then threw them in a toaster oven at time & temp needed to get the color I wanted. It worked quite well!
How long and what temp did you toast them. What kind of malt I have pale, Vienna, Munich Lt, Amber and pilsner
