Any one have a good holiday spiced ale recipe?

This is basically NB’s winter warmer with my own twist.

5 Gallons
OG 1.071
FG 1.018
SRM 24
IBU 35
ABV 7.1%

11lbs 8oz Marris Otter
1lb Medium Crystal
4oz Chocolate
12oz Molasses (15min)

2oz Williamette 60min
1oz Williamette 10min

Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale

1tbsp total (allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger: all ground and mixed together) added 15min

154F Mash for 1hr. Batch sparge 170ish, 10 min.
Pitched yeast at 60F and fermented in the mid to low 60’s for 3 weeks.

Was a nice spiced Christmas beer. I would brew it again and use a little less spice and add some vanilla. I would also use less allspice and clove in the ground spice mixture. They were a little more dominant than the rest of the spices.
