Hi All,
I’m ready to order some supplies for one my go to APA’s and I was wondering about using a Belgian yeast for a twist. Anyone out there have a go to Belg yeast for a non traditional APA?
Thanks, Mike

I make a Belgo-American IPA using WY3522 and American hops. Should be a good yeats for an APA. It has a slight tartness to it that really goes well with the hops.
I think I used that one for a past Saison. Would be a good choice due to its non bubble gum clove banana juju.
Yep, that’s my reasoning, too.
