American Pale Ale critique

Brewing a simple extract & specialty grain APA, with lots of Cascade (since I have that). I’d appreciate any feedback, suggestions, critiques, etc…

1/2 lb Crystal 60 (steeped)
8 lbs Light LME (4 lbs added at start of boil, 4 lbs in last 15 minutes)
2 oz Cascade, 60 minutes
1 oz Cascade, 15 minutes
Irish moss, 15 minutes
1 oz Cascade, 0 minutes
Add cold water to bring total volume to 5.50 gallons. Pitch S-05 at 65…

Any thoughts, corrections?

Perfect! Simple. Easy. Probably going to be great. Could add a dryhop if you wanted. I’d say try and pitch at 60 if you can so it has room to go up but other than that good job.

I don’t recommend a dry hop. I demand it.

Copy all…thanks!

I’d double up your 15min and flameout additions and reduce the 60min enough to keep the total ibus the same.
