All Local Brewing - the yeast issue

I was issued an “All Local” challenge to brew a 100% local beer later this summer. And to put it simply, I’m no Jeremy King.

So I’m looking for anyone out there that may have harvested wild yeast from the Minneapolis area and had it cleaned up. Anyone?
