Is there any advantage to getting the SS shank that has the barb built-in to the end, rather than the ‘normal’ shank and buying the barb, hex nut, washer? Only thing I can think of is if you’d want a different line diameter in the future. I priced it out, and the one with the barb built-in would be about $10 cheaper per tap.
shouldn’t be any problem. I have the “all in one” and they work just fine. My only concern is, the barb looks like if I bump it the right way, I could snap it off accidentally.
Just double check that they are stainless steel and not chrome-plated brass.
