Hey Everyone I have been working on this for like 10 months and just finally finished this last weekend so I thought Id share. Hopefully going to brew my first batch next weekend, so pretty excited… Anyway, this is an Arduino based brewery that is all electric with custom Software. It uses ditigal temp probes on a OneWire protocol. Everything on this system is Stainless and has a 25 gal Kettle, 20 gal Tun, and 20 gal HLT.

Just when I thought I was over the idea of converting to electric and moving indoors, you need to post something like this? :o What is your plan for the software long term? Open-source or is it something you are thinking of producing and selling?
