I got a wooden keg to age my beer in, how do you recomend i do that,after the secondary? Should i condition the keg it is oak
After primary (ideally 3-4 weeks), age beer in keg.
A higher gravity beer that will mix well with the woodiness would be best.
That sounds really fun; where/how did you get your hands on that? What was it originally used for? And… how do you sanitize those?
