Adlib irish red

The other night my dad mentioned that he had a killians irish red recently and forgot how much he liked it. He asked if i could brew somethign like it. I said of coarse but i have four batches i already brought the ingregients for and id do it next. I started looking into irish reds and realized i could brew somthing very similar to NBs irish red, which is probably better than killians, with just what i have on hand.

But the heres the question… yeast. I have or will can soon harvest

white labs cry havok
white labs east coast ale
weast london esb
wyeast west yorkshire ale
wyeast london ale
wyeast 1450
and various dry yeast 04,05, notingham

What would you go with??

I would use the US-05 and lager it after fermentation is done for a month or so.

I have one in the fermenter right now I used wlp 004

in bcs it lists 05 as a yeast you can use but it does for most of the brews. it says use an ale yeast that ferments clean at low temps.

I have a version very similar to NB’s Red Ale kegged right now. I used Notty. Tastes awesome and very clear.

I have used the Nottingham in an Irish Red before as well. Turned out excellent.
