Adding whiskey?

My latest batch was supposed to have Jameson Cold Brew Whiskey added as I reached the secondary fermentation stage, but I forgot to add the whiskey!!!

The brew has been in the 2nd fermenter for almost 2 weeks now and is supposed to be another 2 weeks. Do you think it would work if I added the whiskey now and maybe leave it to ferment an extra week??

The wiskey isn’t going to to ferment it’s jus for flavor and heat. The later the better IMO


Agree. Add it before packaging unless you’re soaking wood chips or cubes.

I would just add it to the bottling bucket or keg.

Just add the whisky. Week before botteling. Or kegging.
