Hey all, I have a NB Smashing Pumpkin Ale one week in the Primary. I’m thinking of adding An extra boost of cinnamon & cloves. Planning on doing two weeks in the Secondary. Am I correct in thinking that the later I add the spices, the bolder he flavors will be?
Taste if before doing anything. You can add more. If you overdo it, you have to drink it or make another beer to blend with it.
