i have a brown that i kegged last week with some bourbon. it’s just sitting on the sidelines conditioning. I want to add a little more bourbon…do i just bleed prv, open keg, dump bourbon, recharge w/ c02? or are there some issues i’m not aware of?
I think you’re OK to do as posted. Might take some time to dial carb back to where it was.
Yup you’re fine. I’ve opened up many kegs for various reasons and that mas my SOP with no issues. The CO2 stays low so no fears of oxidizing the beer.
