I am brewing Smashing Pumpkin all grain and wanted to add two cans of organic pumpkin. Do I have to add 2 additional pounds of 2 rahr two row pale? Or is that only if ur doing an extract kit?
I dont think you need to. I would think there adding it to the extract to have enough enzymes to convert the startch in the pumpkin. You should have more the enough in an all grain batch.
