Hello what a good fermentation temp for this beer. An should a person raise the temp after 48 hours or just keep it at fermentation temp for like two to three weeks ???
Ferment at 65F (18C) until yeast drops clear. Should take 3-5 weeks. Don’t secondary, light carbonation. If you’re bottle conditioning, place it in a warm area for a few weeks or it won’t carbonate.
Beer temp not air temp.
what about fermenting it at 60f to 62F for like 3 to 4 weeks or would raise the temp after 48 hours be good
Low 60’s is fine. Avoid the upper temps listed for the yeast.
