A request to NB: separate specialty grains?

Hey NB’ers -

Can you guys start separating the specialty grains from the base malts? I’d like to try following Gordon Strong’s advice about not necessarily including the specialty grains in the entire mash, but it’s hard when they’re premixed.

I would suggest making that request on the special handling section of the order form.
