i cant see this being all that great, but i am a little curious.

Everything I’ve had that’s ice distilled to anywhere close to this ABV has managed to taste more like art supplies than even the freshest of the freshest amateur moonshine. But it’s also usually been made with fruit, which I think means the fermentation produces a lot more of the funky alcohols in the first place. A really clean beer might not have the same problem.
